Some expired Cat Food in inventory
 

Well sort of. The pouches don't mention an expiration date...the dates just say "Best by Month/Day/09"

Some of the dates are from July-Sept. 09 and on. They are plastic food pouches that have not been opened. They have been kept in a cool place and the pouches themselves are very cool to the touch.

Should I throw them out or use them? Again the pouches don't mention an expiration date...the dates just say "Best by Month/Day/09"

1.) Just how did the cats expire?

2.) How were they turned into food?

3.) What are the FDA storage requirements for expired cats?

I've been feeding her the cat food and there doesn't seem to be a problem.:ok:
